Create, Edit and Delete Task Content
One of the most powerful things about our checklists is that you can add content to your tasks using our controls.
There are two types of controls in CheckFlow. Content Controls display information and Input Controls capture input from the user.
Content Controls

Rich text editor for instructions, notes, and formatted content.

Display an uploaded image.

Display an uploaded or embedded video.

Display a downloadable file attachment.

A pre-written email that users can send with one click.

Embed an external website or tool via an iframe.

A horizontal dividing line to break up task content.
Input Controls

A single-line text input.

A multi-line text input.

An email address input with format validation.

A URL input with format validation.

Prompt the user to upload one or more files.

A date, time, or date and time picker.

A single-select list of options.

A multi-select list of options.

A checklist of sub-items within a task.

Select one or more team members or groups.

A grid of editable cells for structured data entry.

Create a child checklist from within a task.
The controls can be added from the Controls Toolbar located on the right of the Template Designer.
To add a control you can either drag and drop the control from the controls toolbar on to the Task Content area. Or, you can simply click the control on the controls toolbar and it will be added to the task content area.
Depending on the control type, you will have to set up the control for use by setting it's properties. For example, the Short Text control will only need a label to be set, whereas the Drop-Down control wil need a label and the items that will be appear in the drop-down to be set.
