Can the chat widget be hidden?

Yes, the chat widget can be hidden.

Once you have hidden the chat widget we save the visibility status in a cookie so that it remains hidden when you visit CheckFlow in the future.

To hide the chat widget click on your Avatar located at the top right of the screen. This will open the User Menu. From this menu, select the Hide Chat Widget option.

If you need to open the chat widget select the Open Chat Widget option from the same menu.
