Analytics
The Analytics section gives you a single, filter-driven dashboard for measuring how your checklists and tasks are performing across your whole team. It summarises volume, completion rates, cycle times, and overdue work into a set of cards, charts, and tables that all respond to the same filters.
Where Reports are designed to list and export individual checklists, Analytics is designed to aggregate and visualise trends — answering questions like "How many checklists did we complete last month?", "Which templates take longest to finish?", and "Who is completing the most tasks on time?"
Navigating to Analytics
Click the Analytics icon in the left navigation bar to open the dashboard.
When the page first loads it shows data for the last 30 days across all templates, all users, and all tags. You can change any of these using the filter bar at the top of the page and clicking Apply.
How the Page Is Organised
The dashboard is laid out top to bottom in the following order:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Filter bar | Controls the date range, templates, users, and tags used for every section below. |
| Summary cards | Headline KPIs — checklists started and completed, cycle time, tasks completed, overdue, and late. |
| Activity Over Time | A trend chart of checklist and task volume across the period, by day, week, or month. |
| By Template / By User / Bottleneck Tasks | Aggregated breakdowns that compare performance across templates, users, and individual tasks. |
| Checklists & Tasks detail | Row-level grids listing every checklist and task that matched your filters. |
Every section is recalculated together each time you click Apply, so the whole page always reflects one consistent set of filters.
What the Data Covers
Analytics reports on team-wide data — it is not limited to checklists you personally created or are assigned to. This makes it suitable for managers and administrators who need a complete picture of activity.
All figures are scoped to the selected period and filters. Dates are interpreted in your local time zone (the selected period runs from the start of the first day to the end of the last day) and are displayed using your account's date and time format.
note
Because Analytics aggregates data across the whole team, the numbers you see may include checklists and tasks owned by other users. Use the filters to narrow the view to a specific template, user, or tag.
Permissions
Access to Analytics is controlled by user role and permission:
| Role / Permission | Access |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Full access to the Analytics dashboard. |
Member with the Analytics.Viewer permission | Full access to the Analytics dashboard. |
| Member without the permission | No access. |
| Guest | No access. |
The Analytics Viewer permission can be granted to any team member by an Administrator. See User Permissions for how to assign it.
Display & Devices
The Analytics dashboard supports both Day and Night display modes — see Day & Night Mode. On smaller screens, each data grid scrolls horizontally so no columns are cut off, making the dashboard usable on tablets and phones.
