Template Analytics

Every template in the Library has an Analytics tab that shows you how that template is being used across your team. You can see the status of all active runs, task completion rates, how work is distributed among team members, and average completion times.

Analytics data covers all team members — it is not limited to your own checklist runs.

Opening the Analytics Tab

  1. Click the arrow icon on a template item to expand its detail panel.
  2. Click the Analytics tab.

The analytics data will load automatically.

Active vs Completed Runs

By default, the analytics show data for active (in-progress) runs only. To include completed checklist runs in the charts and statistics, toggle the Show Completed Runs switch on.

Charts

Active Runs

A donut chart showing the status breakdown of all current runs of this template.

All Tasks

A donut chart showing the combined completion status across every task in every current run of this template.

Task Status by Assigned User

A horizontal stacked bar chart showing each team member who has tasks assigned to them, and the status breakdown of their tasks across all runs. This helps you identify which users are overloaded, overdue, or on track.

Task Completion & Status

A horizontal stacked bar chart showing each task in the template and its overall completion status across all runs. This helps you identify which steps are consistently causing delays or being marked N/A.

Four summary statistics are shown below the donut charts:
