Breakdowns

The breakdown sections turn the summary cards into comparisons, so you can see which templates, people, and tasks are driving the headline numbers. There are three breakdowns: By Template, By User, and Bottleneck Tasks.

Each breakdown is a fully featured grid — you can sort, search, paginate, and export it. See Exporting Data for details that apply to every grid on the dashboard.

By Template

The By Template section compares your templates by volume, completion, and timeliness. It opens with a bar chart showing Started versus Completed checklists for each template, followed by a table:

StartedChecklists started from this template during the period.
CompletedChecklists from this template that were completed.
Completion %Completed as a percentage of started.
Avg CycleThe average time to complete a checklist from this template.
TasksThe total number of tasks across these checklists.
Overdue %The share of those tasks that are overdue.

Click any row in the By Template table to drill down — that template is added to the Templates filter and the whole dashboard reloads to focus on it.

By User

The By User section measures task activity and timeliness for each team member, both as the person a task is assigned to and as the person who completes it:

AssignedTasks assigned to this user.
CompletedTasks this user completed on time.
Completed LateTasks this user completed after the due date.
On Time %The share of this user's completions that were on time.
OverdueTasks assigned to this user that are currently overdue.
Avg TurnaroundThe average time this user takes to complete a task.

Click any row in the By User table to drill down — that person is added to the Users filter and the dashboard reloads to focus on their activity.

Bottleneck Tasks

The Bottleneck Tasks section highlights the individual tasks that are most often late or overdue, helping you find the specific steps in your processes that cause delays:

TaskThe task name.
TemplateThe template the task belongs to.
OccurrencesHow many times this task appeared across the matching checklists.
CompletedHow many of those were completed on time.
LateHow many were completed late.
OverdueHow many are currently overdue.
Late / Overdue %The combined share of occurrences that were either late or overdue.

A high Late / Overdue % on a task that occurs frequently is a strong signal that the step needs attention — for example, more time, clearer instructions, or a different assignee.

Unlike the By Template and By User tables, the Bottleneck Tasks table is not clickable for drill-down. To investigate a task further, filter by its template and review the Tasks detail grid.
