Detail Tables

While the summary cards and breakdowns aggregate your data, the two detail tables at the bottom of the Analytics dashboard show the individual rows behind those numbers. They are useful for verifying figures, finding a specific record, or exporting a row-level extract.

Both grids respect your current filters and support sorting, searching, pagination, and export — see Exporting Data.

Checklists

The Checklists grid lists every checklist that was started within the selected period and matches your filters.

ColumnDescription
ChecklistThe name of the checklist.
TemplateThe template it was created from, including the template version.
StartedThe date and time the checklist was started.
CompletedThe date and time it was completed, if applicable.
StatusThe current status of the checklist.

Tasks

The Tasks grid lists the individual tasks within the checklists that matched your filters.

TaskThe name of the task.
StatusThe current status of the task.
DueThe task's due date and time, if it has one.
CompletedThe date and time the task was completed, if applicable.
Completed ByThe team member who completed the task.
AssigneesThe users and/or groups assigned to the task.
ChecklistThe checklist the task belongs to.

Dates and Time Zones

All dates and times in the detail grids are shown in your local time zone and formatted using your account's date and time format preferences.

Performance With Large Teams

The detail grids are designed to handle large data sets — they can contain tens of thousands of rows for a busy team and wide date range. To keep the page responsive, only the rows on the current page are drawn at any one time. If you need the complete data set in another tool, use the export buttons to download it as CSV or Excel.

tip

If a grid is loading more slowly than you would like, narrow your date range or select specific templates to reduce the number of rows.
