Activity Feed
The activity feed is an automatic audit trail that records every significant action taken within a checklist. It shows who performed an action, what they did, and when — giving you complete visibility over the history of a checklist and its tasks.
There is no setup required. Activity is recorded automatically whenever a user interacts with a checklist.
Task-Level Activity
Every task has its own activity feed displayed at the bottom of the task content area, beneath any controls. It shows only the actions that relate to that specific task.
The task-level feed appears automatically once there is activity to display. When a task has no recorded activity the feed is not shown.
Each entry shows the name of the user who performed the action, a description of what they did, and the date and time it occurred.
Checklist-Level Activity
The checklist-level feed shows all activity across every task in the checklist in a single chronological view.
To open it:
- Open the checklist.
- Click the Show Menu button on the right side of the checklist.
- Click the Activity button in the menu that appears.
The Checklist Activity panel opens, showing the full history of the checklist with the most recent actions at the top. Each entry displays the user's avatar and initials, their full name, the date and time of the action, and a description of what changed.

The activity feed is not visible to Guest users. The Show Menu button and task-level feeds are hidden for guest accounts.
What Gets Recorded
The activity feed tracks the following types of actions:
Task Status Changes

| Task marked as Not Applicable | The user who changed the status and when |
Control Value Changes
Whenever a user updates the value in an input control, an entry is recorded showing the control name and the new value that was entered.

File Upload Changes

Timestamps
Timestamps in the task-level feed are shown as relative times (for example, 2 hours ago or 3 days ago).
Timestamps in the checklist-level feed are shown as formatted dates and times, using your personal date and time format settings.
Long Values
If a control name or recorded value is very long, it is trimmed in the feed display. Hover over the trimmed text to see the full value in a tooltip.
