General Settings

You can rename your team, and replace the CheckFlow logo with your own for everyone in it, on the General tab of Team Management. The tab also shows where your team's data is stored.

Before You Start

  • You must be an Administrator.
  • A logo must be a PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP image of up to 5 MB. SVG is not accepted.

Time zones and date formats are not team settings. Each person sets their own, on the Date & Time tab of their profile.

Rename the Team

  1. Open the General tab of Team Management.
  2. Under Team name, enter the new name in Name. It can be up to 255 characters, and cannot contain a web address.
  3. Click Save.

There are two logos, because CheckFlow can be used in a light or a dark theme:

SlotRecommended
Logo on a light background60 × 60 pixels
Logo on a dark background40 × 40 pixels, in white

A PNG with a transparent background works best for both.

  1. Under Logo, click Upload logo in the slot you want.
  2. Choose the image. It uploads straight away, and a preview appears. There is nothing else to save.

To remove a logo, click Delete logo under its preview. It is removed straight away, without asking.

See Where Your Data Is Stored

Data region says whether your team's data is stored in the European Union or the United States. It is set when the team is created. Contact support if you need it moved.

What Happens Next

  • A new name appears across CheckFlow for everyone in the team.
  • A logo replaces the CheckFlow logo for everyone in the team. The light-background logo is also used in the emails inviting people to join.
  • Every other Administrator receives an in-app notification that you renamed the team, or uploaded or deleted the logo.
